Collection of Information
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, use the Services to post an update (a "Bit"), request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your username, password,
email address, phone number, age, gender, name, biography, location and any other information you choose to provide.
When you post Bitz, we also temporarily collect, process and store the contents of the Bitz (such as photos, statuses, captions, likes and/or comments) on our servers.
The contents of Bitz are also temporarily stored on the devices of recipients. Once the time limit has expired for a Bit, we automatically delete the Bit from our
servers, the feed, and the Bitzy mobile application is programmed to delete the Bit from the users' devices. We cannot guarantee that deletion always occurs within
a particular timeframe. We also cannot prevent others from making copies of your Bitz (e.g., by taking a screenshot, taking a photo from another camera). In addition, as for any other digital information, there may be ways to access
Bitz while still in temporary storage on recipients' devices or, forensically, even after they are deleted. You should not use Bitzy to post Bitz if you
want to be certain that the users cannot keep a copy.
